About the Kent County Theatre Guild

The Kent County Theatre Guild has been providing quality theater to the central Delaware community since 1953. If you would like to learn a little more about our history and see a list of our productions, please see our list of Past Shows.  

 We currently present four shows each season (September through May). You can see the current list and performance dates on our Current Shows page. Our 100-seat auditorium provides every patron an excellent view of our elevated stage. The intimacy of a small theater makes each audience member feel part of the production, which we feel is an important part of community theater. This intimacy adds to the fun when we present plays that involve the audience in the action.

We welcome anyone interested in participating in or learning about theatrical presentation to become a member. Our members are all volunteers who handle everything from governance and building maintenance to set construction, acting and directing.
